Founded and operated Chomok in Chittagong, building both the product and logistics stack in a market with no local grocery delivery option. Led a team of up to 7 across procurement, dispatch, and delivery while keeping same-day operations reliable through rapid growth and disruption.

Key outcomes

Launched the first production release in 5 months, taking the product from concept to live customer orders.
Built the full order-to-delivery workflow, including procurement, dispatch, and cash-on-delivery reconciliation.
Migrated infrastructure from a single VPS to Laravel Vapor on AWS Lambda to support city-wide growth.
Rebuilt the operations team after a co-founder exit and restored same-day service within weeks.
Sustained operations for 3 years through Covid-19 and staffing disruption before winding the business down cleanly.
